Hi Carol

I was just looking up Pilates in yorkshire so see what other people were doing and what theri websites were like. I met you and Bob on the Older adult Pilates (I think) course.
I had to write a comment as I really laughed out loud at ‘Carol is the attractive one the other one (some would say ugly) is Bob’ as it reminded me of your banter on the course which was very funny.

Hope you and Bob are well and that you Pilates + all the rest is going well and Ill either see you on a course or if I come to Hull.

I am a mature lady in my 50′s and feel I need to make an effort to get a little fitter, I have only ever had a go at Pilates on holiday and quite enjoyed it. I work full time so only have evenings free, do you run any classes in the Beverley area? If so when and how much are they please?
