The Pilates Zip & Hollow is important to learn because it prepares your body for Pilates and also helps to protect your back while doing the exercises.
A lot has been written about the Zip & Hollow some of it very confusing so to help our clients learn this important principle we’ve produced the video you see below. It will explain how to correctly recruit Transverse Abdominus and how to engage your pelvic floor.
